GENEVA, November 5 (Itar-Tass) - The Russian delegation will have a number of meetings with representatives from the Syrian opposition in Geneva on November 6, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov said on Tuesday after three-party consultations, involving Russia, the United States and the United Nations, on the preparations for a peaceful conference on Syria.

“Tomorrow, we will have a whole series of contacts with the Syrian opposition,” he said. “A number of representatives have come here with a special purpose to meet with the Russian delegation.”

“The range of issues to be discussed will be the same - the participation in the Geneva-2 conference, possibilities for consolidation of opposition groups on the basis of a single delegation and other aspects,” he added.
