UNITED NATIONS, September 26 (Itar-Tass) - Russia, unlike the United States, is “very close” to agree a resolution on the disposal of Syria’s chemical weapons, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told journalists on Thursday. “Russia is very close, while the United States is not,” he said when asked about the progress in the work on the document.
