WASHINGTON, September 10. (Itar-Tass) - The United States will look into Russia’s proposal to place Syrian chemical weapons under international control, but they’re “strongly skeptical” over its realization due to Bashar Al-Assad’s stance on the issue, said U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry to Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in a phone call.
An American representative told this journalists on board of a flight from Washington to London, where Kerry was located for a working visit.
