MOSCOW, September 8 (Itar-Tass) - A plane of Russia’s Emergencies Ministry has taken onboard 70 Russians and other citizens of the CIS, a spokeswoman for the ministry, Irina Rossius, told Itar-Tass on Sunday.
“An Il-76 plane took off from Latakia for Moscow with 70 people wishing to leave Syria,” she said.
During the flight psychologists of the Emergencies Ministry help people onboard.
