BRUSSELS, September 7 (Itar-Tass) - The EU countries did not achieve a common position to support the US military operation in Syria during a meeting of foreign ministers in Vilnius. The final statement, which Itar-Tass has received, contains condemnation of the chemical attack of August 21, which is deemed to be a responsibility of Damascus, though possible US military measures against Syria are not mentioned.
