CAIRO, September 3. (Itar-tass) – A series of terrorist acts in Iraq’s capital has left at least 21 people dead, reported the nation’s law enforcements.

According to official data, rigged cars exploded in several districts across Baghdad; these areas are mostly populated by Shiites.
