MOSCOW, August 22 (Itar-Tass) - There are no plans to evacuate Russian citizens from Egypt, Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said on Thursday.

“Supreme leadership would make the decision on evacuation in compliance with the situation,” Lukashevich said.

“According to Rostourism (Russian Federal Tourism Agency), at least 50,000-60,000 Russian citizens are staying in Egyptian resorts. Currently the situation is rather stable,” the diplomat said.
