CAIRO, July 14 (Itar-Tass) - Egypt’s political life is open for all, Egyptian Defence Minister Abdelfattah Said El Sisi said on Sunday.
“Any political force, with no exception, must be aware that possibilities for taking part in the political life are available for all, and not a single ideological platform will be outboard,” he stressed.
Earlier, he said the military were not planning to accroach power but “was forced to come out onto the political arena when called by the people.” He gave to understand that the ousted President Mohammed Morsi had lost his legitimacy when millions of Egyptians “took to streets and dispelled all doubts whose side the law is on.”
