MOSCOW, July 10 (Itar-Tass) - The upcoming elections in Egypt will not help resolve problems, because non-system Opposition with no country governing experience may again come to power, chairman of the Russian parliament's committee on education, expert in international issues Vyacheslav Nikonov /United Russia faction/ told a news conference at Itar-Tass on Wednesday.

"Democracy doesn't work without law-governed state in poor and not very educated countries," the parliamentarian said.

"The elections will not solve anything in this case, as didn't the elections /of Mohamed/ Morsi, as won't future elections, because non-system Opposition will again come to power. As a rule, it /the Opposition/ has not the slightest experience in governance and fails miserably," the expert said.
