ST PETERSBURG, June 28 (Itar-Tass) - Head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization Fereydoun Abbasi Davani did not rule out that his country may build three more nuclear power generating units at the Bushehr nuclear power plant.

He recalled that currently, a 1,000 megawatt nuclear power generating unit operates at the plant.

“We plan to build two more units,” he said adding that after this it would be possible to speak about the construction of the fourth unit.

Bushehr’s landscape makes it possible to build a total of four 1,000 megawatt nuclear power generating units.
