NEUCHATEL, April 12 (Itar-Tass) - The delay of peace talks in Syria is worth the lives of more and more Syrian civilians, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
After the talks with his Swiss Foreign Minister Didier Burkhalter on Friday, Lavrov told journalists, “I’m convinced that the priority is to cease violence and start talks.”
“It is important that certain persons do not use calls for preventing impunity to drag out talks,” the Russian minister said.
