MOSCOW, December 13 (Itar-Tass) — Russia will resume contacts with Libya to train Libya’s new military personnel, RF Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikhail Bogdanov said.

“We are currently resuming contacts with Libya for the training of personnel for Libya’s new armed forces,” he said.
