MOSCOW, November 12 (Itar-Tass) — The coalition of the Syrian opposition forces will have a common military command, representative of the Syrian National Council Mahmoud al-Hamza told a press conference here on Monday.
“The new opposition is planning to form a new coalition – common military command. The opposition forces are planning to work in various directions: in political, diplomatic and economic spheres,” he noted.
“When it is internationally recognized, a provisional government will be formed,” al-Hamza added.
