Aeroflot to halt flights to Syria

MOSCOW, August 6 (Itar-Tass) —— Aeroflot - Russian Airlines, the largest Russian air company, will halt flights to Syria on Monday.

“The flights will be halted on August 6 over a lower air passenger traffic, which dropped over the hostilities in that country,” an Aeroflot source said.

Aeroflot has taken the passengers away from Syria until August 6.

Aeroflot has made two weekly flights to Damascus by Airbus A320.
