MOSCOW, February 25. /TASS/. Kiev must approach with responsibility its own decentralization liabilities, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.

"We discussed ways of implementing the February 12 documents in Paris yesterday," Lavrov said. "It is of fundamental importance that alongside priority attention to the consolidation of ceasefire and heavy armaments pullback process we confirmed the need for compliance with all other items of the Minsk accords of February 12."

"This applies to the political process and the constitutional reform, with decentralization being its main thrust," Lavrov said. "In Minsk the leaders of France and Germany presented their own vision of what the term decentralization should imply. All parties, including Ukrainian delegates put their signatures to this requirement."

Russia hopes that they (authorities in Kiev - TASS) will display responsibility for honoring this obligation alongside other obligations they have assumed.
