The OSCE mission could not be ruled out in organizing the troops’ pull-out from that area and in setting up humanitarian corridors, Russia’s Ambassador to the OSCE says

MOSCOW, February 13. /TASS/. Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) may be engaged in the organization of troops’ withdrawal from the area near the town of Debaltsevo [where Ukrainian military are encircled by the militias of the self-proclaimed republics], Russia’s Ambassador to the OSCE Andrey Kelin said on the Rossiya 24 television on Friday.

"It is a place where heavy battles are raging," Kelin said. "Still, Russia’s and Ukraine’s General Staffs continue discussions and analysis of the situation. Army men should draw a conclusion about the actual situation," Kelin said adding that participation of the OSCE mission could not be ruled out in organizing the troops’ pull-out from that area and in setting up humanitarian corridors.
