UN hopes that the talks of Russian, French, German, and Ukrainian leaders in the ‘Normandy Four’ format in Minsk will be crowned with termination of combat action in south-eastern Ukraine, Stephane Dujarric, the official spokesperson for the UN Secretary General said here on Wednesday.
