UNITED NATIONS, February 11. /TASS/. UN hopes that the talks of Russian, French, German, and Ukrainian leaders in the ‘Normandy Four’ format in Minsk will be crowned with termination of combat action in south-eastern Ukraine, Stephane Dujarric, the official spokesperson for the UN Secretary General said here on Wednesday.

He said the UN pins hopes on the positive results and would like to see an end to hostilities and an agreement that all the parties to the conflict would abide by.
