Number of draft-age Ukrainians fleeing mobilization increasing — Russia’s OSCE ambassador

The diplomat made that statement at the OSCE Permanent Council meeting

MOSCOW, January 29. /TASS/. According to Ukrainian sources, the number of draft-age persons fleeing mobilization among those urgently leaving Ukraine is steadily increasing, Russia’s Ambassador to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Andrey Kelin said on Thursday.

"More and more people in Ukraine are beginning to realise in full measure where the warmongering leaders are pushing them and refuse to be involved in the crimes against their own people," the diplomat said in a statement at the OSCE Permanent Council meeting. His speech is posted on the Russian Foreign Ministry website.

"According to various reports, including from Ukrainian sources, among those who hurry to leave Ukraine, the number of draft-age persons, fleeing another mobilization wave is steadily increasing," Kelin said.
