The DPR minister of coal does not rule out that a contract on deliveries of coal might be signed eventually

MOSCOW, January 29. /TASS/. Self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic is holding talks on supplies of coal to Ukraine, Yevgeny Fainitsky, the minister of coal in the government of the unrecognized republic said on Thursday.

"Talks on the supplies of coal to Ukraine are being held with all the parties concerned with the issue," he said. "Commercial terms (for Ukrainian customers) don’t differ in any way from the terms offered to other customers."
