LUHANSK, January 19. /TASS/. Transport links between Ukraine and the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) are completely closed, the republic’s Deputy Transport Minister Andrey Kogut said on Monday.

“In the morning, the Ukrainian side closed the crossing for passenger buses from the LPR to Severodonetsk, Lisichansk and Stanitsa Luhanskaya. There is information about two buses that left Luhansk and had to return, he said.

Kiev’s actions seriously complicated work of transport in the LPR, Kogut said.
