DONETSK, December 10. /TASS/. Former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma’s statement on irrelevance of the Minsk meeting confirms Kiev’s desire to quit the Minsk agreements, self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) official representative at the talks of the Contact Group Denis Pushilin said Wednesday.

Pushilin added that “by canceling the law on special status (for Donbass) and introducing its economic blockade, failing to adopt the amnesty law, continuing shelling peaceful cities, the Kiev regime has already grossly violated most points of the peace plan.”
