MOSCOW, January 20. /TASS/. The Russian Football Union has received financial resources from the Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA) two days ago and will allocate them for partial debt repayment to head coach of Russian national squad Fabio Capello, union’s president, Nikolay Tolstykh, told a news conference in Moscow.

Russian national football team’s head coach Fabio Capello and the Russian national team’s manager, Oreste Cinquini, have not been paid since June 2014. Media estimate the football union’s debt to the Italian specialists at about 600 million rubles (over $9 million). Earlier, Russian labor watchdog, Rostrud, asked the football union to settle the debt to the Italian specialists by January 19 but the deadline was not met.
