NEW YORK, December 24. /TASS/. Moody’s has downgraded Russian Sovcomflot’s issuer rating to B1 from Ba3 with a negative outlook, said its statement posted on the official website on Tuesday.

Sovcomflot is the largest Russian shipping company offering a full range of crude oil, refined petroleum products and liquefied gas transportation services.
