Two border settlements in Kursk Region shelled again, nobody injured — governor

The details of the incident are being investigated, the governor added

KURSK, May 18. /TASS/. Border settlements of Tyotkino and Alexeyevka in the Kursk Region were once again shelled by Ukraine, Governor Roman Starovoyt announced Wednesday, adding that nobody was injured in the attack.

"There’s trouble again at the border in the Glushkovsky District: the enemy shelled Tyotkino and - for the third time - Alexeyevka. Our fighters repelled the attack. Nobody was injured," Starovoyt said in his Telegram channel.

The details of the incident are being investigated, the governor added.

Settlements of Tyotkino and Alexeyevka were repeatedly shelled by Ukraine in May. On Wednesday, Alexeyevka was shelled again; earlier, Ukrainian forces shelled a checkpoint and the sugar factory in Tyotkino.
