Two civilians killed in Syrian Aleppo’s marketplace in shelling by militants - agency

According to SANA, at least seven civilians were wounded and taken to hospital

TASS, April 14. Two civilians were killed in Syria’s Aleppo (360 kilometers of Damascus) which came under shelling by militants on Sunday, SANA news agency reported.

According to SANA, mortar shells hit an area near a marketplace in Aleppo’s Nile Street. At least seven civilians were wounded and taken to hospital.

Apart from that, Aleppo’s western al-Khalidiyah neighborhood came under shelling. Extremist groups controlling the city’s southwestern suburbs used multiple missile launcher systems.

Syria’s army refrained from opening return fire.
