TASS, March 17. At least 10 civilians were killed in the US-led international coalition’s strike on Al-Baghuz in eastern Syria’s Deir ez-Zor, the SANA news agency reported on Sunday.
According to its sources, children are among those killed. The strike was carried out against the refugees’ camp located in Al-Baghuz.
The SANA news agency reported that the Western coalition’s aircraft had delivered dozens of strikes on Al-Baghuz on Saturday. The airstrike left several people killed and wounded.
Al-Baghuz is the stronghold of the Islamic State (terror group, outlawed in Russia), where the Kurdish units backed by the United States and its coalition allies are carrying out a military operation.
