IRKUTSK, December 11. /TASS/. The IrAero airlines will organize six flights to transport passengers of the Pearl River tour operator stranded on China’s Hainan Island, head of Transport Management Department Alexander Makin told journalists on Tuesday.

"Six flights, including today’s [flight] to Kazan, will be needed to transport everyone. The last flight of this program will take place on December 14, and December 14 will be the final day of the holidays for the passenger we took there," Makin said.

There will be a flight to Samara with 365 people on board on December 12, Makin said, along with a flight to St. Petersburg, with 265 passengers. On December 13, the plane will take 44 tourists from Haikou to Khabarovsk, and the last flight on the Haikou-Chelyabinsk route is set for December 14 for 360 tourists.

On Monday, IrAero reported that it started transporting Russian tourists from Haikou after the flights had been delayed due to Pearl River’s debts. About 1,500 people were staying in Haikou then.
