"Taking into account the expected recovery of the average annual price of oil, gas prices on the European market, record volumes of gas sales to Europe, and a strong growth of oil production, we expect in 2017 to increase revenues in rubles by about 5% against 2017. The growth of EBITDA in ruble terms could be around 10-15%," he said.
