Putin has no plans to meet chief executives of Russian oil majors before OPEC+ meeting

The OPEC+ meeting will be held in Vienna on November 30

SOCHI, November 23. /TASS/. The schedule of Russian President Vladimir Putin does not contain meetings with oil industry representatives on the verge of the OPEC and non-OPEC meeting in Vienna, press secretary of the president Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Thursday.

"No, [such meeting] is not expected," Peskov said responding to a relevant question.

The OPEC+ meeting will be held in Vienna on November 30. Ministers of OPEC and non-OPEC countries are expected to discuss potential extension of the OPEC+ oil production limiting deal. The agreement aimed at oil rebalancing on the global market is to expire in March 2018.
