MOSCOW, April 1. /TASS/. It is premature to speak about improvement in a situation with the retail trade turnover, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said on Saturday.
"It is premature to say so far that the situation [in Russia’s retail trade] is recovering," the official said.
According to earlier released data of the Russian statistical agency Rosstat, the retail trade turnover declined 2.5% year-on-year in January - February 2017 to 4.4 trillion rubles ($78.2 bln).
