HOUSTON, March 6. /TASS/. OPEC Secretary General Mohammed Barkindo and Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak will discuss the implementation of the agreement on crude output cap by Russian oil producers on March 6 in Houston, the cartel’s head told TASS.
"I will meet him (Alexander Novak - TASS) tomorrow," he said, adding that the plan is to focus on the operation of the Russian monitoring committee, and particularly on Rosneft’s compliance with the oil-production agreement.
"If they (Russian companies - TASS) can do at least 70 or 80% (of the planned amount - TASS) it will show," Barkindo said.
