Slovenia's president hopes Russian-Slovenian trade turnover will exceed $1 bln

11 commercial contracts are expected to be signed during the visit of the Slovenian delegation to Russia, Slovenia's president Borut Pahor said

MOSCOW, February 10. /TASS/. President of Slovenia Borut Pahor expects that the Russian-Slovenian trade will soon exceed $1 billion per year.

Speaking after talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Slovenian leader said:

"If agreements that are being planned in the course of this visit are signed, if agreements that are planned in the coming months are signed, in this case (we talked about with the President) in spite not very good relations between the West and the Russian Federation now, our cooperation will grow and will certainly exceed one billion dollars," Pahor said.

According to him, 11 commercial contracts are expected to be signed during the visit of the Slovenian delegation to Russia.
