Russia, Slovenia sign a package of documents after presidents’ talk

Both countries have concluded an agreement on cooperation in the efforts to counter terrorism financing

MOSCOW, February 10. /TASS/. Russia and Slovenia have signed a package of bilateral documents after talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Slovenian counterpart Borut Pahor on Friday.

Specifically, both countries have concluded an agreement on cooperation in the efforts to counter the legalization of criminally obtained incomes and terrorism financing. The document was signed by Russia’s Federal Financial Monitoring Service and the Slovenian Office for Money Laundering Prevention.

Russia’s Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Ministry and Slovenia’s Agriculture, Forestry and Food Ministry have signed a memorandum of cooperation in forestry.

The third document signed in the presence of the leaders of both countries is the Program of Joint Action in Tourism in 2017-2018 agreed between Russia’s Federal Tourism Agency and the Slovenian Tourist Organization.
