Russian minister warns introduction of progressive income tax not reasonable yet

MOSCOW, December 19. /TASS/. It is not yet reasonable to introduce the progressive scale of personal income tax, Russia’s Minister of Labor and Social Protection Maxim Topilin said Monday.

"I think that the introduction of a progressive scale <…> is not reasonable as long as this sector of the economy and the market of official pay are not fully legalized," he said.
