MOSCOW, November 28. /TASS/. Preparatory procedures for privatization of Russian oil major Rosneft are on track, press service of the Ministry of Economic Development told TASS on Monday.

"The Ministry of Economic Development is interacting with all parties engaged in its structuring [Rosneft privatization - TASS]; required documents will be presented in due course," the press service said.

Russian Government plans to privatize Rosneft by December 5. Rosneftegaz [shareholder of Rosneft - TASS] is to sell a 19.5% stake in Rosneft for at least 710.85 bln rubles ($10.9 bln) by the said deadline.

Preparation of the stake for privatization follows the schedule, Chief Executive Officer of Rosneft Igor Sechin said earlier.
