MOSCOW, November 24. /TASS/. Russia’s Energy Ministry Alexander Novak plans to hold a series of meetings with his counterparts from non-OPEC countries - Kazakhstan, Mexico, and Uzbekistan.
"We are currently working mainly with non-member countries in OPEC. Kazakh Minister is now flying to Moscow, yesterday we held talks with Uzbekistan, today we will have negotiations with other countries, with Mexico. We are committed to reach agreements and not only OPEC countries will be able to attend the talks," he told reporters.
Novak also said he has no plans to meet with the Minister of Petroleum of Venezuela and President of PDVSA Eulogio del Pino. Earlier that meeting was announced by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. According to him, the trip del Pino was aimed at reaching an agreement on the oil market stabilization.
