MOSCOW, November 21. /TASS/. Russian oil and gas companies exceeded twice their commitments under Arctic offshore licenses in six year, head of the Federal Agency on Subsoil Use Evgeny Kiselev said on Monday.
"[These] were exceeded two times," the official said referring to overall commitments of all subsoil users.
