MOSCOW, November 16. /TASS/. Russia’s former Economic Development Minister Aleksey Ulyukayev is the sole suspect in the $2 million bribery case, a source familiar with the situation has told TASS.

"Nothing has changed over the past 24 hours. Ulyukayev remains the only person involved in the affair. Just as it was yesterday. A probe is underway into the complicity of other persons, including Economic Development Ministry officials," the source said. Ulyukayev faces criminal charges under part 6 of article 2190 of the Criminal Code (gross bribery-taking and extortion by a civil servant). A court in Moscow sustained the investigators’ request to put him under house arrest till January 15.
