MOSCOW, November 10. /TASS/. Russian gas giant Gazprom has placed Eurobonds worth €1 bln, the London Exchange has reported.
The annual coupon was set at 3.125%. The maturity date is November 17, 2023.
Bank of China Limited London Branch, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Unicredit Bank AG and Bank GPB International S.A. were chosen as placement agents.
It is reported that the funds raised via the placement of bonds will be spent to finance the loan the company uses for corporate purposes.
