MOSCOW, October 29. /TASS/. Russia’s Minister of Energy Alexander Novak may have negotiations with OPEC ministers of energy on optimization of the oil output on November 17 in Qatar’s capital city, Doha.
"Theoretically, we could meet in Doha on November 17 during the gas exporters forum - Saudi Arabia is nearby," he said. "But we have not discussed this yet."
The minister said results of the expert meeting in Vienna on October 29 will show whether this meeting would be necessary.
