SKOLKOVO, October 26. /TASS/. Russia’s investments in oil sector will grow by $3.2 bln in 2016 in comparison with 2015, First Deputy Energy Minister Alexei Teksler told reporters.
"This year the growth in comparison with the last year will be about three billion dollars. And as for the next year we should analyze the situation considering the recent tax innovations, I mean additional tax burden," he said.
"This sum ($3.2 bln) is in fact only upstream," he added.
