Ex-head of Russia's largest social network becomes Mail.ru Group CEO

MOSCOW, October 26. /TASS/. Boris Dobrodeyev, who was previously CEO of VK (VKontakte), will take the position of Chief Executive Officer of Mail.ru Group in Russia, Mail.ru Group said in a press release on Wednesday.

Dmitry Grishin, who was previously CEO of Mail.Ru Group, will remain with the company as Chairman and "fully involved" in order to focus more "on strategy, international expansion and M&A," Grishin was quoted as saying.

According to Grishin, "Boris Dobrodeyev, who was CEO of VK and also head of strategy and development will now take responsibility for day to day operations as CEO (Russia)."
