ALGIERS, September 28. /TASS/. The OPEC started closed-door talks on oil production freeze in Algeria. Energy Minister of Saudi Arabia Khalid Al-Falih and Iran’s Energy Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh entered the meeting area, TASS reports from the scene.
