CAIRO, September 28. /TASS/. The Russian-Egyptian intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in civil security is at the stage of development, Egypt’s Civil Aviation Ministry reported following Tuesday’s talks in Cairo between Minister Sherif Fathi and Russian Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov.
"The Egyptian authorities are studying the issue of striking a bilateral agreement with Russia, including measures and mechanisms to ensure security, which will be implemented when air travels between the two countries are resumed," the statement said.
