ALGERIA, September 26. /TASS/. Representatives of OPEC member-states will gather for talks on crude production freeze on September 28, Nigeria’s oil minister Emmanuel Ibe Kachiwku said Monday.
"The day after tomorrow, on September 28," he said when asked a corresponding question.
