Turkey wants to work on national infrastructural projects — Russian Railways CEO

Russian Railways is currently implementing joint projects on management and development of railway infrastructure in Serbia, Armenia, Mongolia and Iran

MOSCOW, September 21. /TASS/. Turkey is interested in working on its domestic infrastructural projects in cooperation with Russian Railways, Chief Executive Officer of the Russian railway operator Oleg Belozerov said on Wednesday.

"Our Turkish colleagues informed us again they are interested in our coming and looking together with them on opportunities of some joint business [in Turkey - TASS]. We have not yet discussed any projects in detail," Belozerov said commenting on the meeting with his Turkish counterpart in Berlin.

Russian Railways are currently implementing joint projects on management and development of railway infrastructure in Serbia, Armenia, Mongolia and Iran. The Russian railway operator provides consulting, feasibility studies, engineering, construction, supply of equipment and materials and staff training.
