MOSCOW, September 20. /TASS/. Russia’s GDP may grow by 0.2% on a quarterly basis in the third quarter of 2016, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of state-owned Vnesheconombank Andrei Klepach said on Tuesday.

"We expect growth in the third quarter. I think it will probably be 0.2% with the seasonal adjustment," Klepach said, adding he refers to quarter-on-quarter growth.

Russia’s seasonally adjusted GDP declined by 0.2 percentage points on a quarterly basis in the second quarter of 2016, a representative of the Economy Ministry told TASS earlier. The GDP stopped falling during the second quarter, he added.
