Central Bank expects net capital outflow from Russia at $25 bln in nearest years

MOSCOW, September 16. /TASS/. Net capital outflow from Russia will remain at a low level - not more than $25 bln in 2016-2018, Central Bank’s Chief Elvira Nabiullina said Friday.

"When making the rate decision we traditionally take into account the condition of the balance of payment. Looking forward we expect the current balance to go down, which correlates with the capital outflow decline amid the floating rate. In 2016-2018, net capital outflow will remain at a low level - not more than $25 bln," she said.
