Russian Helicopters to deliver around 200 units in 2016 — deputy CEO

The company’s "order portfolio stands at around 500 helicopters of various types

MOSCOW, September 5. /TASS/. Russian Helicopters (part of Rostec) is planning to deliver around 200 units to its clients in 2016, Deputy CEO for marketing and business development Alexander Shcherbinin told TASS.

"This year we’re planning to deliver around 200 units to our clients," he said, adding that the company’s "order portfolio stands at around 500 helicopters of various types at the moment."

In 2015, the company supplied 212 helicopters to its customers, a 21.8% decrease year-on-year, Rostec reported. As of end-2015, its portfolio totaled 494 units, the report said.

Russian Helicopters founded in 2007, is the sole Russian rotorcraft designer and manufacturer with a 14% share on the world’s civil and military rotorcraft market.
