VLADIVOSTOK, September 2. /TASS/. Russian oil major Rosneft and Thailand’s PTT signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of hydrocarbons exploration and production, oil and oil products trading, refining, petroleum chemistry and LNG supplies. The agreement was signed on Friday at the Eastern Economic Forum.
"Owing to cooperation with Thailand’s largest energy company, Rosneft enters one of the most attractive energy markets in the Asia-Pacific Region. Economy of the kingdom demonstrates stable growth, making possible to forecast further growth of the demand for energy resources," Rosneft said in the press release.
"We see high potential of our cooperation with PTT, which can be implemented not merely in exploration, production and supplies of oil products, but also in the LNG trading segment," Rosneft’s press service said.
